Customer service was great to work with.
The only issue was that the technician was 45 minutes late and never called. He said he didn't have any phone number to call. So, I called customer service and she had our number right there. So I'm not sure why the technician said that.

Always quick to respond, quote to specific needs while leveraging specials available. Technicians are friendly and efficient. Jordan not only tolerated our dog pack, they adopted him. :) Very thorough job. Efficient and courteous. Carpets look and smell great! Just what we needed. This is why we call you first every time.
