The technician was knowledgeable and quickly completed our whole house (5 rooms, hallway, and staircase). With the limited amount of water used, the carpet was dry within 90 minutes. We are going to have them back to clean the upholstery on a sofa and recliner soon. DH. - Franklin, IN - 05/05/2023

Advertisement says pet stains can be treated and removed. The girl who came here didn’t offer (even after discussion) to treat with anything besides the regular cleaning solution. The pet stain area was the reason we got the carpet cleaned to begin with so it was disappointing that it wasn’t clearly communicated. We weee told that pets stains never come out in her experience.
