Simply AMAZING from the person who answered the phone to the owner who did our carpets, David.
We purchased a new house and wanted the carpets cleaned before we moved in and they accommodated that. David was in touch with me the entire time and asked about services I didn't think of (checking for pet stains). He sent pics (ewww) and offered very helpful information and tips about the carpet. He then sent a pic of the gross stuff pulled out of the carpet after he cleaned it. He even called to notify me of a very loud exhaust fan in case I wasn't aware!
I would HIGHLY recommend and already did to our real estate agent to pass his number along.
