My carpet are amazing . I have multiple dogs and my house smells and looks amazing ! I’m so happy and plan to do cleaning at least 2x a year !!! Thank you so much ?? The owner /technician is such a nice person and answered all my pet questions!!

I was pleased with the ease of scheduling a time that was convenient for me. I received online confirmation of the appointment and a follow-up confirmation/reminder shortly before the cleaning.
The service worker arrive on time, walked through the home with me, noting any spots/areas of concern. She took photos of the areas for reference following the cleaning.
The work was done efficiently and effectively. When she asked me to check her work following the cleaning and I had a question about one area, she cleaned it again without any hesitation.
We then did a walk-through of all the areas and I signed off on the work.
The dirty water/cleaning solution did not have to be emptied in my drains or on my property, which was an added benefit.
The service worker was very polite and friendly during the entire process.
