William was very friendly and knowledgeable. Carpet looks great . The only thing I didn’t like was I got a text from your robo text at 12am scared me since I was sleeping. Maybe change your time frame.

Today a gentleman from OxiFeesh came to clean our carpets. His name was William C III
& I must say he was an outstanding ambassador for OxiFresh. He explained what he was doing & about the technology he was using. Our carpets were at the mercy of our Rottweiler. She is 2 years old & we’ve had her since she was 8 weeks old…I honestly thought our carpets would need to be replaced. They were horribly stained by the dog & the hi traffic areas. We had 2 years worth of stains. Then William C Iii saved the day and tons of money. He worked on the stained areas first and then he started cleaning. Our carpets have been restored… they are immaculate and look brand new! Job well done, William C.!! I cannot thank you enough. The time and effort you put in to clean up our dirty carpets was amazing! I would recommend you & your company hands down above any other carpet cleaning group. You are the very best!!!
