I was unaware that the service was only a carpet brush and did not vacuum any of the dirt off of the carpet.

More organized with coordinating with the technician. Scheduling team seemed to struggle with that by trying to change our original time but then later was ok with it again.
Missed a section on the stairs because he only did the top of each step. There are dirty areas on the front of steps that we were hoping would be done
