TERRIBLE....IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE NUMBER...I WOULD. THE TECH WAS HERE ABOUT 30 MIN.....HAD A 30 X 35 LIVING ROOM AND AND STAIR CASE WITH 2 LANDINGS TO DO. THE LR...LOOKED LIKES SOMEONE VACUUMED IT ONLY...NO CLEAN FRESH SMELL...ALL THE WEARING AND TRAFFIC STAINS STILL THERE. THE STAIRS...THE SAME THING...STILL HAD ALL THE FUZZ, DOG HAIR AND DIRT AROUND THE STAIR POLES AND STAIRS JUST LOOKED LIKE IT WAS VACUUMED. ASKING FOR A FULL REFUND...IF NOT--WILL GO TO THE BBB AND REPORT THE COMPANY. JF. - St. Charles, IL - 08/20/2023

I love the concept of your company name...sounds like a good carpet cleaning service. However, not the case. Your employee was here like 30 minutes...did our living room and stairs. Charged us like 330.00...and when I came home...carpeting only looked like my husband vacuumed...no clean smell....my carpeting still had the dirt embedded in the high traffic areas...other companies have at least made it look like almost new carpering for half the cost. Needed an emergency cleaning due to a pet accident. Booked the appointment only to have it cancelled 30 minutes before the technician was to arrive. It then made it impossible to book any other company to come do a cleaning service, due to the time in the evening. I was then hung up on 2 times by your agents. I received conflicting text messages about arrival, 10am vs. 10:30. Called and was told tech would be there right at 10. At 10:35, I called again, was told the call center person had contacted tech who was running behind but was on his way. Around 11:05, I called again, and the call center person said the tech was overbooked and finishing another job. This is contrary to what I was told before (same person as my second call, so she was contradicting herself). I asked for a local number to call, and she said she couldn’t give me one but could only put on a ticket for them to contact me, which so far they have not done. She became audible frustrated and borderline rude, even though I was not attacking her personally, just expressing that the company was not providing acceptable service. She said tech would call when 15 minutes away, which I would’ve liked to know I’m the first place so I wasn’t just waiting around needlessly. So, I went to do nearby errands (it was moving day, and I’d been waiting over an hour already). But then: Tech guy then calls me when already at my condo (almost 2 hours after the 10am start time that the call center had confirmed that morning). He denied that call center had ever called him, and he said he doesn’t have time to call people between jobs. He also came alone, which made me uncomfortable as a woman, having a strange man alone with me in my home. There were other issues as well, but these were enough to make me wish I had time to cancel and reschedule with a competently run company. But alas, it was moving day, and I needed the cleaning done that day. The tech blamed the closure of one local office for the overbooking, but I should have been contacted and informed if there would be a delay. I’m not sure if the call center or the tech was lying, but someone was. How could the call center have called him and heard him say he was on his way (10:35) off no one called him? How could he have been on his way then but still finishing another job at 11:35? The tech tried to appease me by doing a few extra things, but he also left this weird fuzz all over and tracked wet boot footprints into my tile bathroom. I am not satisfied and would like a consolation discount for the inconvenience and poor customer service. This was entirely unacceptable, and I will be writing reviews online and possibly contacting the Better Business Bureau when I’m settled from the move. JN. - West Chicago, IL - 08/06/2023

My carpets look worse now than they did before! He sprayed some solution and then raked it…no water…no suction..I have never heard of anything like this..dirt is still there and now $400 later ..I have to hire a real professional to come clean my still dirty carpets…not sure how you are still in business …just horrible! Tech never showed at the scheduled time so I made a call to the number and he arrived 45 minutes after the scheduled time. When he walked the house he began to add up many additional costs that were never explained to me when I scheduled. They bumped the cost up almost two hundred more than the quote! The tech spoke to me in a condescending manner when I expressed confusion as we walked through. I ultimately only had my stairs done, because of the cost and then he rushed through it and was done within 15 minutes, not getting all the dirt or marks out. He tried to sell me on “a guy he knows who installs new carpeting.” I regret having tipped him and him unprofessional manner. GR. - St. Charles, IL - 05/29/2023

The guy was an hour late, he was rude, he didn't clean up after himself from all this gunk that fell out of his machine and he didn't wear any shoe covers as that doesn't make sense when your cleaning someone's carpet and just in general entering someone's home. All he wanted was to upsell more add ons and seemed kind-of annoyed when we declined. I definitely will not recommend this carpet cleaning service to anyone. I was about to schedule for my mom and mother-in-law, thankfully I did not do so, and now I have found another company which hopefully will treat our property with more respect!
