This has nothing to do with the technician that performed the services and everything to do with the service itself. It was my understanding that there would be a deep clean machine to clean our carpets but instead it was this tiny little machine that didn't do much for our carpets. It left behind an almost sticky residue. We ended up just going over the carpets with our small shampoo vacuum to get the residue off the carpet.
