The overall process was not what I was expecting but at the end of the day I was pleased with end results. Even though carpets were not steam cleaned they appear to be much cleaner after treatment was applied.

The service was amazing and the carpet so clean it looked like new! Salvador not only did an amazing job, but he was so kind, professional, fast but thorough, on time and provided great communication before arriving and before doing the job. The carpet dried in a few hours just like is advertised and based on Salvador's explanation. And the price was so reasonable for the efficacy and efficiency of the service provided. Thank you Salvador and Oxi Fresh corp!
I will definitely use Oxi Fresh again and recommend to my neighbors.

Carpet is not wet with water after Salvador left.
Did not need to wait a full day or more for my carpets to dry out.
