The cleaning was done well & in a reasonable amount of time. Brian was very thorough & noticed our carpet should be restretched. We had it cleaned 6 months ago by someone else & it was tight before that cleaning. Also it was steamed cleaned & not a good result. He said carpet can wear out faster if not restretched.

The products really got my carpets clean.There were lots of dirty spots , heavy traffic dirty spots , spills the products did a good job . The dining room, living room looks brighter, cleaner beautiful
