I liked the fact that my carpet was not soaked with water! It dried faster and we were able to walk on it in a few hours. Also the service man explained the procedure. Nice!

Brian is always friendly and professional. He takes his time to explain the carpet cleaning process and asks what areas we want concentrated on the most. The OxiFresh process does not leave out carpets soaked. It removes stains and leaves the carpet fresh and clean!
