Olivia was fantastic she kept us informed about every step of the cleaning processs for our carpet and furniture. Her work ethic is impeccable. In fact the next time we need another cleaning we are going to request that she is the one that services our account. Olivia was just amazing couldn't be happier with the final product. I very much liked the process of the way Oxi Fresh cleans the carpets. Mine was very dirty and it did a very nice job of making it look better. I will use this carpet cleaning again. I was very impressed with the gentleman who did the cleaning. He was very professional and polite.
