Saw pictures on the website, before and after, black greasy carpet looking like new. I set appointment, rental property has lots of stains. After first room I told the tech it looks dirty and nothing like the before and after pictures on website. He said those are cleaned with a steam cleaner and this machine just cleans the top layer. He said He called his boss and said the steam cleaner is only for commercial carpet. Dont show me a dozen awesome looking before and after pics and deliver something different

Employee was professional and im sure the product that u use is good it just didn't work for my carpets.the delay n review is due to letting carpet dry completely.this morning carpets r dry and stains r back thank u
