My carpet doesn’t seem much cleaner than it was before. I paid extra to have my stairs cleaned and they still have stains on the perpendicular part of the stairs.

The gentleman went to work as soon as he got here and fished like they said, around an hour. Happy with that I did ask my husband to have him put some booties on. The man declined said it wasn’t necessary. I question that because he did go outside to get things and then come back in with the same shoes I think.
It was the only request that I asked for. Other than that he was great. I would definitely have Steve back again. My carpet looks amazing.

After the carpet dried, it was as though nothing had been done. There was absolutely no difference between what the carpet looked like before and after the carpet was "cleaned"? Not a good start.

First the technician was was 25 minutes late and then when he got there he sprayed some
Solution and went over it and was done in less than 25 minutes some of the carpet wasn’t even touched so I find it hard to believe how you clean carpet with no water !!!!!! I will never hire this company agian not recommend them !!!!!!!!
