There were little tidbits of debris left around floor and on stairs. I feel that for over $100 for a single small room and stairs, the carpet should be spotless. I would love for oxi to send someone else out to correct the first attempt. Thank you SM. - Meridian, ID - 07/12/2023

I called to schedule a rug cleaning to get the wet dog smell out of my rugs. When I called they were very familiar with the smell and recommended a service that would get the smell out. We left on vacation, came home and my whole house smelled like "wet dog." Their service did not work. Called back and they told me that it was past the "7 day redo service." The technician never told me about this nor is this in the contract I signed. The call center told me that they would reach out to the owner who I know know is named Andy and he would give me a call back. I never received a phone call from Andy. I call back again to the call center to explain my situation, the call center gets a hold of Andy and he tell her that about the "7 day redo" and he does not want to talk to me. I can not believe that Andy did not even talk to me! I ask the call center to transfer me to someone who can fix this. They transfer me to Marketiing??!!! I hang up call back and explain my story ALL OVER AGAIN!!!! She get me to the Scheduling Manager Joseph who calls Andy again and leaves a message. Joseph leaves a message with his boss the Director of Scheduling and whom I am now waiting for a call back. Never will recommend to any of my friends or family!! MB. - Boise, ID - 07/10/2023
