Oxifresh Carpet Cleaning in Idaho Falls are ROCK STARS! I was desperate and needed a carpet done the same day due to an accidental spill. I searched for a service and was continually told they were too busy or booked up, or simply didn't answer. But finally, I called the next on my list, Oxifresh. Their answering service answered, took my info, gave me an estimate and told me I'd get a call to set up a time, but yes, I could get it done the same day. A few minutes later I got a call from Mike who I assumed was the owner or manager. He's a great guy, and told me that one of his technicians, Cabree, would be there about 2:00. Later in the day Cabree called and said she was almost done but it would probably be around 2:30 if that was OK.
When she arrived, she explained the process and chemicals she'd be using, and then got to work.
The result was unbelievable! Caybree did a stellar job and her customer service and work ethic are definitely a 10/10!
Also, she said their work was guaranteed for a week and if any stains came back up that they'd come back and fix it.
Later on when Mike called back to get my card info for payment, he also reminded me of the

The carpet in some rooms was still damp at 11:00 pm. The carpet nap looks kind of weird, even after vacuuming it. And, I had to use my spot bot cleaner to clean some stuck on "stuff" in one room that didnt come off with the oxi cleaning. But the house smells better, and the carpet does look cleaner.

My carpets looked better than I thought they would. The furniture looks very nice. Drying time wasn't too bad. Caybree was delightful and a hard worker.

Always ask you to ck after they are done. That is a good thing. Never am I disappointed.
