Really like the technician and the cleaning service he provides. He is the reason this company is still in business. Do NOT like the website for scheduling service or the 800 # or the lack of customer service provided by the 800 number and HATE BEING TEXTED CONSTANTLY AFTER SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT.

The customer service was very nice. They answered all my questions and set me up with an appointment. Their fees are very reasonable. Mike who cleaned my carpets, was very professional and through. I had a bad stain that I was concerned about and he got it out. You would never know it was there. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. My carpets have never been cleaner.

Your system got out stains that a steam cleaner couldn't. We really enjoyed Mike. He is very professional and good at what he does. He explained everything about the system to us in great detail that was easy to understand. We will use him again.
