The customer service was very nice. They answered all my questions and set me up with an appointment. Their fees are very reasonable. Mike who cleaned my carpets, was very professional and through. I had a bad stain that I was concerned about and he got it out. You would never know it was there. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. My carpets have never been cleaner.

Your system got out stains that a steam cleaner couldn't. We really enjoyed Mike. He is very professional and good at what he does. He explained everything about the system to us in great detail that was easy to understand. We will use him again.

Able to schedule quickly, arrived on time the technician was very professional & able to offer good suggestions. I was very pleased with the results & it did dry very quickly. Would definitely call them the time my carpet needs cleaned
