I was a little skeptical because I'm use to hot water extraction...but loved the quick dry time and how great the carpets looked! Chad was OUTSTANDING!!!

Dry time was quick, the sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable of their products. I was confident enough to let them do their work without me having to be around.

I was impressed by the overall process of the service, from booking to payment. The convenience of online booking outside of regular office hours was useful. I appreciated the call-ahead to give an ETA for arrival. Being informed of about how long it'll take to clean my carpets and how long afterward until its dry and ready for use was also helpful. Paying was simple and the guy who cleaned my carpets (Chad, I believe) was very nice and informative. Also, the services were at a decent pricing and online booking had deals and promotions.
