Michael and his team at Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning did an absolutely amazing job! We had some very stubborn stains that I honestly didn't think would come out. What impressed me most was not only the quality of the cleaning, but also Michael's responsiveness and commitment to getting the job done right.
After the initial cleaning, a few old stains resurfaced as the carpet dried. Michael promptly came back the very same day I texted him - something that is incredibly rare these days, and treated the areas again. The stains are now completely gone, and the carpet looks fantastic.
Professional, responsive, and truly dedicated to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Michael and Oxi Carpet Cleaning!

Dry time was quick, the sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable of their products. I was confident enough to let them do their work without me having to be around.
