I had to reschedule a job for a customer in Dalton that is almost impossible to please. Came back next day and did a good job. Carpet dry in two hours.

I just moved home and made a terrible purchase on a used couch. We don’t have money to purchase new things, so I decided to get these couches cleaned. I found your ad on a magazine, (Mint). I thought your staff would be so professional and trustworthy, I decided to put my full trust on the technician and left the house unattended, and even left the cash there for him, plus the entrance unlocked for him. I’m not angry, nor would I want him fired. I am simply asking for your staff to be taught manners. The technician used our restroom and left it un-flushed. I get home, flush the feces, and the toilet starts over flooding. I normally go to church on Wednesday’s, but had to stay to clean. I was extremely grossed out and upset over this incident. Just as I thought I was finished, I close the restroom door to let the entire restroom dry, and behind the door was a towel, completely soaked, and was shoved into the corner. My husband and I certainly did not place it there, much less in the disgusting condition we found it. Needless to say getting these couches cleaned ended up costing us twice as much as we paid your company. If your technician had been honest, either left me a note or called me, I wouldn’t be writing this. Honesty is what counts here, and unfortunately he didn’t even have the audacity to confront this situation, this is very sad and absolutely disappointing!

I like OxiClean and have used it for a long time. I was so excited to know that there was a carpet cleaning company that would use this product. The service was excellent and my carpet looks brand new. I have already referred Oxi Fresh to several friends and coworkers I'm very pleased with the overall product and service.
