Jason W was our technician. He was very friendly and courteous. He cleaned our carpets so well they looked like new. The best part was the carpet dried very quickly. I would highly recommend Jason W and Oxi Fresh.

To be honest this was a pointless service and the worst way to spend $135.
The carpet looked ok and the room smelt better for a day and then went back to what it was before the “cleaning” by the next day.
I was expecting a cleaning service with a vacuum to remove the water and dirt and what seemed to have been done was a spray was put on the carpet. A double bristle machine fluffed the carpet fibers. And then a “protective” spray was done after.
At no point was any suction used to clean and remove dirty water.
100% disappointed and would not recommend. And I will absolutely not use this service again
