First of, your tech is well mannered and he's respectful, however I was not informed that they are not allowed to carry items and he told me that it's in the contract, I was thinking how are you able to do thorough cleaning without lifting items like furniture, but with all fairness to Will he did move some items that I was not able to move. Another issue is that I was expecting that the amount I paid for will cover all the areas in my apartment which I have mentioned to the person who answered my call but unfortunately, my room was not included, Will told me that you're charging by area and again I was not informed. I was expecting a thorough/deep cleaning in all areas. Overall I am thankful for the effort but I'm not that satisfied. Anyways thanks Will for the service.
