Andy did a great job cleaning our 2 rooms. One of the stains were horrible & he was able to get most of it off. He took his time explaining everything.

The service was fast. Tech cleaned the capet effortlessly and my carpet didn’t take long to dry. I was able to see and feel the change immediately. Great value!

Ricky is very cordial and knowledgeable with his work. He explained the process to us and answered our questions.
The only problems we have are a few spots that were not removed. However, we have gone 71/2 years without having our carpets cleaned. I'm sure we have to take a lot of blame for this. I would definitely use Oxi Fresh again and would request Ricky to come back out for the next cleaning.
