I had one small stain that was not removed, I was told that he couldn't see it but then he said he was color blind! Also the imprinting the carpet off the cleaner was very short and not in smooth long lines and this caused a lot of problems trying to get rid of the marks in carpet where the machine had stopped or turned! This is the third time I have used this company and the first time I have ever been disappointed ...and the guy who came said he owned the company!!! AH. - FLOWERY BRANCH, GA - 08/24/2013
