My carpet looks no different than before it was done. The cleaning guy asked me if I mind him using my water which I thought was weird. He tried to say upon first coming into my home “well did they tell you that this room would be considered two rooms due to the size” I told him “no” and that I could only pay what I was quoted. He barely sprayed anything down and then came with this machine that did nothing. I told him after that I didn’t like the smell. He said “I figured you’d say that” then tried to charge me to deodorize the rooms another $55 for the rooms. I told him that I didn’t have it and he says “well you know you can put it on a credit card”! I was like wow really. I just want my money back honestly. Very unprofessional and didn’t do any cleaning to the carpet.
