The process did not work at all for my particular needs. The spot stain treatment that was applied made stains that were barely noticeable look absolutely horrible. And I have to now replace the carpet. I had a small liquid clear hand soap spill right in the center of my carpeted room that should’ve been easily extracted but obviouslyThe oxi fresh brush technique did not remove it. My entire apartment was supposed to be treated and cleaned. However, only my bedroom and dining area got touched leaving my living area (and entry way) uncleaned.
