The scheduling was easy and job completion was flawless. The pricing moves around a little bit from the estimate to when the actual technician comes to your house to clean it and does his own revised quote but for the most part stays in the original range and acceptable. The prepayment requirement by the technician conflicts with the required terms and conditions (they say payment due after services completed) and requests a tip prior to doing any work which I find odd but if that's their way then that's their way. None the less, the job was completed well, the pricing was competitive with other quotes I received, and the people are friendly. I have recommended to the management company for all their homes in the area.
