Things started off great, quick response to RFP, competitive quote and I like a green environmental sensitive company. But our tech was 45 minutes late and didn't act like he liked his job. I had a sofa, chair and two rugs cleaned. The chair looks great. The sofa and rugs did not turn out so good. I communicated my feelings with the owner and he was extremely professional and quick to address the situation and customer service. Handled like a true professional. Other companies could learn a lot from this business owner. Although there were some hiccups I would still recommend them.

We call, you come quickly and clean well, but prices are going up and not making it easy anymore. I am going to have to buy my own machine.

Derrick did a great job cleaning both my carpet and furniture. He was thorough and detail oriented. Everything looked and smelled great when he finished! Plus, it was easy to get an estimate and schedule cleaning online.

We like the product, and we've used the company before. No smell and the carpets dry very quickly. All stains removed.
