?????????? Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I recently hired Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpets in my parents' condo, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience! They were able to accommodate us the very next day, which was fantastic! Q arrived right on time and did an AMAZING job! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough. My parents were absolutely thrilled! They even sent me pictures because they were in shock at how much dirt and soil came out of their carpets. What a difference! What impressed me even more was that the owner, Patrick, personally reached out shortly afterward to thank me for my business and make sure we were completely satisfied. That kind of personal attention and customer service is hard to find these days! I highly recommend Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning! It's so refreshing to find a company that truly takes pride in its work and values its customers. We will absolutely be using them again! JI. - Immokalee, FL - 10/24/2026

They do the best job of cleaning the carpet because of the brushes that pull pet hair out and the process uses very little water so it drys quickly. And they arrive when they say without that 2-4 hour window of time. DL. - Naples, FL - 09/05/2026

The gentleman was very informative and didn't rush through the job. He took time and went over a spot I saw that didn't come clean. Oxi-fresh is a much better cleaning method than Stanley Steemer, which I used for years,.the carpets were dry in hours rather than a day. He did my whole 4 bedroom house and stairs in an hour. I would highly recommend them! KM. - Naples, FL - 08/01/2026
