Hi, this is Cheryl and I would use oxy fresh and their products again in a heartbeat. The people that run their service are very polite and knowledgeable about their product and products and the people that come out and do the work cleaning. The carpets are just as nice and friendly and know what they’re doing and don’t stop until you are satisfied. We had a gentleman name Caleb he’s been with the company for about three years I believe and he was fantastic. ????
