Robert Ware, the man that owns the Delaware franchise, cancelled 12hrs before he was suppose to come. He called from a BLOCKED number and when my husband answered all he said was “I am not coming tomorrow. You live in a bad area”. And then he hung up. When we called oxifresh back and talked to the lady at the call center she said she called Robert and he told her the same thing. He said he had “previously had problems with the area”. Mind you, we live right off of union street in Wilmington. It is not a terrible area whatsoever and we have never had any problems. Not only that but we had made the appointment one week prior and they had our address the entire time. If he did not want to service us we should have been told days in advance. It was unprofessional and inconvenient and we feel stereotyped. My husband had already taken off of work so he could be home. I’ve never in my life witnessed such horrible customer service. We will not be returning as a customer nor would we recommend this company to anyone we know. You can make this right by making sure this NEVER happens to another customer again. Thank you.
