Chris was very informative and honest about my area rugs. When he realized I didn't have carpet he reduced the price. He tested all rugs before cleaning to make sure the product wouldn't damage the rugs.

The service, the service person was top notch! Unfortunately the landing carpet may just be too far gone to ever get clean.. yet the couch, large chair & ottoman came pretty clean. The staircase also cleaned up well! We choose less chemicals and we're happy to work with your company & contractor!

It's good to see work done in one day. You only have practically 2 hours allotted for the work order to clean all my carpets, sofa and loveseat. Your guy has to come back to finish what I wanted cleaned , he arrived at 11 am had to leave by 1:30 pm
because he had to go back to your office by 3 pm.
