The carpet took over 24 hours to completely dry, which was fine. However, the technician that came out said it would be ready to walk on in 1 to 2 hours. Even though it wasn't sopping wet it was fairly damp. Otherwise the carpet looks great!!

The treatment hasn’t don’t anything. Did not realize it was not a full cleaning with steamers etc. I’ve done the vacuuming after it dried and it looks as dingy as it did before. Feel like I wasted my money.

The guys are all friendly. There were some communications failures and Brian did try to make it right with a discount. However, after the area rug was cleaned I took a paper towel to it and rubbed up dirt. I asked the cleaner if this was normal or could it get cleaner since I was rubbing off dirt. He said it was normal and that seems like a poor job to me.

My floors were cleaned beautifully and the smell is removed. I have a senior dog with mild dementia and he has accidents when confined to the bedroom despite being let out regularly. The tech did a great job and even removed imbedded slime! I highly recommend! I'm always happy with their work
