We had an excellent experience from beginning to end with Oxi-fresh. The person we talked with at the store discussed what we needed to have cleaned and gave us a price to do this. The technician, Mike Spears, arrived on time and was extremely professional and competent. He cleaned the carpet thoroughly, including some spots, and he put the furniture back.
