The staff is is a delight to work with, thorough in their approach to your carpet, addressing all aspects of the room and its stains. The cleaning products work on all stains large and small, traffic discolorations, pet urination and accidents such as juice and tea spills.They even got nail polish up from my white carpet without any lingering discoloration. I couldn't see any difference in the rugs. The technician cleaned a small area on the carpet for me to analyze. The carpet looks looks dark and feels like mud/bad when stepping on it. Very disappointed in your product. The technician was great MB. - Fountain, CO - 04/20/2024
