The team at Oxy Clean was wonderful! I have a rental property in VA so I'm out of town and they took the time to explain the carpet situation in our basement and gave their insights and were very communicative. According to the realtor, it did definitely help although it might not have completely solved the issue but in the last week we did not receive any add'l comments from potential buyers complaining about it so I'd say it was worth it.
