Nothing customer service and scheduling was easy. Unfortunately the clean didn't take away the dog smell but I think that's the carpets fault

We loved Tanner. Friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. We did add a deodorizer in one room and for a few days it smelled much worse (general dog smell) but slowly it's improving. Might be helpful to just give people a heads up that it will increase smells while it's drying but will resolve in a few days.

Stubborn stains were removed. I'm still watching for residual odor from our recently deceased dog. So far I am satisfied.
