The service tech tried hard but the carpets don’t look any better. Stains still there, just disappointed. We bought the house in May and we’re hoping some of the stains would come out.

I am 100% dissatisfied with your service. It is not very often that I am unhappy with my purchases however, this time I am completely offended. I had a scheduled appointment today August 30, at 2:00pm. The tech contacted me at 11:40 and asked if he could come early. My response was that it will take me approximately half an hour to get there so let’s meet at 12:30pm. He seemed frustrated that it was going to take me that long to get here. My expectation upon arrival was that he would bring in the cleaner and get going. We walked the house first and then he sold me “pre treatment” for $25 per room. He chose 3 rooms. Now what this pre treatment was I have no idea, but the results were baffling. I’m certain that was a waste of money. He then got started by filling a sprayer bottle with water mixed with some solution. From what I could see he lightly spayed the floor and then moved a machine over the carpet. He actually showed me the “trap” that the carpet fibers are collected in. How this is carpet cleaning is beyond me. When you pay $340 dollars and your carpets are still as dirty as they were when he arrived seems wrong. If the machine actually cleaned the carpets by putting down solution and then sucking it out there might have been a difference. Secondly, he completely missed the area behind my small entertainment center. After he moved into the next room I asked if he was going to come back and do the area and his response was he already moved the machine to the next room, to which I replied, well you can bring it back can’t you? He was frustrated and reluctantly brought the machine back into my front room. I walked over and held up the cords so he could run the machine over it. He, in fact, sprayed my bare foot with the solution, apologized, and then ran the machine over it. We then moved the entertainment center back to the wall where he did not add additional solution but just ran the machine over the area. Not to mention, completely missed a small square foot. At that point, I just let it go. He wrapped up and went outside and I followed.
Upon completion, the tech told me it takes an hour to dry and then a quick vacuum. My tenants were due to arrive at 7 to sign their lease. Needless to say, when I came back and saw the floors they looked as if nothing had been done. With the brand Oxifresh, if this is your standard of service, you should not be in business. This was a complete and utter ripoff. I have pictures and video to prove it. My tenant actually said “did they clean the carpets?” I said yes and showed them the receipt. I also showed them the video that I took to prove to them what kind of cleaning your company provided. What a disgrace. I was completely humiliated. I thought that maybe after I vacuumed it would look better but it did nothing. The amount of crap that came out of my vacuum, that I took a picture of, after your so called cleaning proves that my carpets weren’t actually cleaned. It looks absolutely filthy.
This was the WORST carpet cleaning job I have ever paid for and I would like a full refund.
