The men arrived on time, checked everything out and got straight to work. Very nice, pleasant and worked hard. My carpet looks great! I highly recommend them!

My carpet is kind of old, but some areas looks dark, I not going to say you did a bad job, but may be subjects extra cleaning with different products.

The quality of the work is outstanding. We like that the carpet dries fairly quickly -- that is, the carpet doesn't get saturated with cleaner. This last cleaning was particularly thorough and professional. Michael Brosmer took time to get pet stains out, whereas previous cleaners had not been able to do that. I would recommend him to anyone.

90 minutes late to appt. Tech was good about communicating that he was going to be late. However that was after I had already taken time off work to be at home for appt.
