The tech was on time. Did a good job but missed a few spots, which were wet overnight. We are satisfied with the result.

The amount of money paid was more than I usually pay and I wasn’t impressed with the outcome. I paid for deodorizer and couldn’t smell it. Dark stain areas were still dirty even though I paid for stain treatment. I was able to use carpet spray and get the stains cleaned up. Those should’ve been something pulled up from the Oxy cleaning solution. The only thing positive is that the carpet tech was very friendly and accommodating. He did a good job but the products used weren’t impressive.

Most horrible service I’ve ever had!!!! I even called to complain to owner and was told he would call me and I never got that call… I have witnesses to how the carpet cleaner just didn’t care about my concern and instead told me he was affended instead.. I would like the carpet to be recleaned please , I paid 364.00 for work that looks like nothing was done .. I cried and was very disappointed with services…
