We appreciated Eric in the way he did his job & was pleasant to work with. The oxifresh product seemed to have done the job on the carpet.

Brian was a hard worker and did a good job for me. My only slightly negative impression was the suggestion that I should add a tip as part of your payment set up. It's a bit intimidating. It seems as if tips are expected everywhere these days, so the actual price of things is not what they appear to be. I did add a tip for Brian because he was such a good worker.
