Basic dirt spots were not removed, not the friendliest costumer service. Felt like the up charges were not reasonable. I was looking for a new regular carpet cleaning company since my last one retired. Unfortunately this is not the company for me.

Thrilled with the service and Jon was a delight. The carpets look wonderful and the team was kind and flexible when I had to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. It was a stupid machine that didn’t suck any dirt up. Just spread it around. I had to move my couch four times. I would never do it again. It doesn’t feel clean and I am so disappointed.
