Minimum water use, carpets are left clean but not wet for hours after service. Tech was friendly but spent alot of time on the phone at rear of his vehicle, which prolonged the process. I had to tell him how to remove streaking on solid colored carpet. If light and dark brush marks are left to dry they do not vacuum out later. Over all carpet looks great. Eric, the tech. Absolutely, the very best. Most accommodating and concerned for the customer and your company. There is no one, no one that we experienced to care after our carpets as the way Eric did. He is incredible and the best. Mama Mia When in need of a carpet clean Eric still better be employed.
