They required payment before starting the job, so I provided credit card payment over the phone.
I expected a receipt to be emailed to me promptly, but it was not.
I called the only number I had, and they were very unhelpful. I was told that only the owner could provide a receipt. I asked for a phone number to call the owner, and they said that they could not give his number out. They would contact him and tell him what I wanted and that was all.
At some point later, I finally received a very poor picture of a receipt that must have been taken with a phone. I needed it as proof of payment so that I could be reimbursed for the expense.
It is a sorry excuse for a receipt, and caused unnecessary confusion.
All in all, very disappointing and unprofessional.
