I noticed that there were some spots still left on the stairs immediately after the tech had left. Also, in making the appointment, it should be asked if any rugs were shag. When the tech arrived he said that he might not be able to clean my large rug (which was shag) until he did a test clean. That was the only rug I initially wanted cleaned but added the 2 others for the special. I would have been very disappointed if it hadn’t worked out.
