Please don't ask for a tip prominently on payment page. I really don't agree with that culture. If you are not paying your employees, please don't expect a direct subsidy from me.
Why didn't not give you a "10" on "would I recommend you"? Thats why.
You already have up charges essentially built in with "deodorize" option - why else am I having my carpets cleaned? That added 20%, so now I need to tip another 15-20%? Truly makes me feel like I selected the wrong company.
