The representative was on time, courteous, help and efficient. The cleaning removed old dog urine stains. Overall we felt the service was priced well.

Your tech, Dan, did a very good, thorough job. There was so much dirt he removed - when tank was emptied I couldn’t believe it. The sofa looks so clean, I’m amazed.

Odor did not go away.. in fact got stronger and had to call back to schedule another cleaning (free service provided). Which was nice of them to back up the gaurantee. But the receipt the tech left said "slight odor" detected... i came across oxy clean because of the gaurantee of the stringest odors coming out. If the slight odor does not come out how will a strong odor be handled?

I couldn't be happier with my appointment… All the carpets came out beautifully and everything was so easy. The technician was great and the service was reasonably priced. I will definitely be using again.
