Short drying time. However, I didn't get my free Oxi fresh spot remover. Also didn't like a carpet being placed on my chair. It could have been taken to the kitchen floor.
All in all every else was great. The young man doing the work was very nice.

Ken was a wonderful representative of your company! He managed to time his day so well that (after calling me to confirm) he was able to arrive earlier than originally scheduled. Upon arrival, he very personable and efficient and I am deeply satisfied at the results. He even stayed a few extra minutes to answer many of my questions about how to treat pet stains going forward and additional best practices. Our experience with both Oxi Fresh and Ken has absolutely secured us as repeat customers, should we need your services again in the future.
