Had to reschedule our original appointment based on technician being way behind schedule. No communication from Oxi Fresh about that delay. The tech was also behind for the rescheduled appointment, but he did call to let us know.
When he cleaned, I had left the closet doors open in the 4 bedrooms. I was charged $10 per small closet. No info from the staff at time of appointment that closets would cost more. The tech did not tell me about the extra charge prior to doing the closets, only when I was ready to write the check at the end of the appointment.
The tech did a really good job with the carpet cleaning, but the other issues will make me think twice when I'm ready to schedule cleaning next fall.
