Unwilling to rescheduled for the next day? I understand bad weather and a cancellation. Our appointment was scheduled 90 days in advance and refusing to fit us the next day for a time sensitive clean because it would inconvenience some else is lazy business. Katy just couldn’t be bothered adjusting the schedule, so we’d rather pay to support a local business than accept a discount from you. Consider asking your customers why the cleaning service is important and why the timing matters next time. Good luck.
