Our carpets were covered with dirt and stains from construction workers we had in here. Now they look almost brand new.

My floor is sticky after cleaning, the tech yesterday even upsold me to do the sanitizer and deodorizer and the carpets are not up to expectation. I called and a redo was scheduled by Lawrence for 2pm today. It is 20 minutes past 2 and he can not get ahold of the tech or the owner. I took off work early to me here by 2 and I am moving tonight and this weekend. I expressed this to Lawrence and he stated he has done everything he can by leaving a voice mail for the tech and owner. I will not be able to wait much longer for them to come redo and will have to re clean the carpet myself so it is dry my tonight.

Kenneth worked very hard (especially on my steps). They all looked so good but the bottom step was wet for days has now finally dried and is stained. Could you have him come by next time he is in my neighborhood? It's almost like what he cleaned with opened up on that step and had dirty water in it. I live at 8566 West 67th Place in Arvada.
